Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth for the company through effective business development strategies. You must have a strong background in tenders, corporate liaising, procurement, bench sales, IT services sales, and business development. Your job description may include the following:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
• Identify potential clients and develop relationships with them through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling.
• Respond to tenders and RFPs (Request for Proposals) to win new business for the company.
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify opportunities for new business.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT services industry.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tenders, corporate liaising, procurement, bench sales, IT services sales, and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the IT services industry and market trends.
• Experience in managing a team of sales professionals.
