Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate market trends and uncover valuable insights to fuel our growth.
• Perfect the skill of digital matchmaking to connect with potential clients.
• Be the primary contact for all client-related matters, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Craft compelling proposals that captivate and persuade clients effortlessly.
• Skillfully negotiate agreements that create win-win outcomes for all parties.
• Work closely with our talented teams to create outstanding results.
• Execute various proactive strategies for lead generation and nurturing through calls, visits, meetings, emails, LinkedIn, and more.
• Take responsibility for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews.
• Use sales assist tools to update daily activities according to company policies.
• Perform competitor analysis to strengthen our solution pitch.
• Travel and meet with prospects and leads regularly to move them closer to closure.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in content creation and communications.
• Present your achievements and progress with clarity and flair.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs like a true business superhero.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration,

or related field.

- Proven experience of 3 -5 years in business development within a creative

agency or corporate environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
