We cater to reputed pharmaceutical companies across the country, maintaining a ready inventory of 200+ pharma-grade products to support Just-In-Time (JIT) supply requirements.

Position: Business Development Manager/ Associate – Pharma Raw Materials (API/Intermediates)

Location- Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Chennai
Experience: 2+ years
Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing)
Industry Preference: Pharma / Chemical

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead and expand Pharmonix’s business in India, with a key focus on API and Pharma Intermediate manufacturers. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, nurture strong customer relationships, and drive business growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
Provide end-to-end sales support by coordinating closely with the backend team in Mumbai.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Accurately forecast sales volumes and contribute to annual business planning.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales (B2B/B2C).
Prior experience selling to API or Pharma Intermediate manufacturers is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling approaches.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage territory-level operations.
Work Mode & Benefits

· Minimum 4 days of field visits for customer meetings within the assigned territory; remaining 2 days can be work-from-home.

· Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday off).

· Compensation: Fixed salary + industry-best incentives.
