Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.

· Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.

· Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.

· Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.

· Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.

· Substantial experience in getting new clients and Projects for Backend Operations and BPO.

· Following industry trends locally and internationally.

· Manage business meetings with prospective clients.

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Developing business proposals for clients.

· Filling RFPs (Request for Proposal) received from potential clients.

Skills:

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.

· The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

· Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

Experience: Minimum 2 yr+.

Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.

Shift- 6:30pm to 3:30am (Monday to Friday)

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
