Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
