We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development / Growth Executive to join our growth team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and other business development activities.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and build new business opportunities.
• Communicate with managerial and CXO-level stakeholders and understand their business requirements.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships and support the team in converting leads into clients.
• Work closely with the Growth team on lead generation, client acquisition and other growth initiatives.
• Maintain regular updates on outreach, leads and opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and take ownership of initiatives that can help grow the business.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident communicating with senior-level and CXO stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable with calling and outbound outreach.
• A strong “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take ownership and figure things out.
• Good follow-up, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Growth is preferred.
