Job Description
Role: Multiple Openings for Business Development Executives (BDE)/ BDM (For Tier 1/Prime Vendor model - US IT Staffing Company)
Desired Qualification: Graduate preferably from IT background
Work Location – H Block, Sector 63, NOIDA
Shift Time - Night shifts 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM (US EST Hours)
• Cab Pick up and Drop facility will be provided to females only
Job Description for BDE:
1. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
2. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
3. Manage team targets and can generate good revenue.
4. Understand the requirement and client's needs based on technological skills, rates and location.
Requirements:
• 1 - 5 years of working experience in Business Development in US Staffing/IT Staffing
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and inter personal skills.
• Well versed with W2/10++/C2C Concepts.
