We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop a targeted approach.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and understanding client needs.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and addressing their unique requirements.
• Proposal Creation: Create and present detailed proposals, including pricing and terms, to potential clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in business development or sales, with 2 year experience in B2B sales or client onboarding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
