Business Development Executive - Sales
Company Profile:
Kan Innovations is a Mumbai (India) based start-up focused on providing innovative solutions catering to varied medical and paramedical interdisciplinary: Physiotherapist, Diabetologist, Orthopaedics, Podiatrists, and Sports Medicine etc. Founded in the year 2026 with a clear objective to provide research-backed, technology-driven solutions for human biomechanics. We want to make people's lives easier and healthier. Research has indicated that 1+% of men and 2+% of women suffer from foot aches and pain daily. People are often unaware of the root cause of these aches, and if ignored or left unattended, they may result in more serious foot, ankle, back, knee, and hip-related ailments. Most often, it's the wrong choice and fit of footwear that is to blame! The Kan Innovations team is seized with this problem and is working towards building technology-driven solutions aimed at helping consumers, footwear manufacturers, and retailers make informed decisions in their best interests.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Cold call and visit prospects on location
Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
Build relationships with hospital staff
Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
Provide product demonstrations and support
Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assists with strategy planning and implementation.
Manage and Support the Sales Team to drive Medical Products sales for profitable growth as per the assigned targets
Handling team of people to achieve the targets of individuals and branch.
To prepare accurate market and business forecast.
To work as per guidelines and protocol of the serving organization.
Developing/Conducting onsite training sessions for team channel partners and customer
Market mapping of assigned territory and to qualify and convert leads to orders from the market map data.
Independently handle technical, sales and financial discussions.
Review competitors’ activities in the market
To work closely with key accounts, major institutes and medical colleges.
Requirements:
1. Candidate should have their own bike and a valid driving license
2. Candidate should be willing to work on-field
3. Relevant experience in field sales Location: Pune.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
