What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and acquiring new B2B clients across industries.
Promoting Kompass' flagship business solutions:
• Kompass EasyBusiness A powerful B2B database providing access to decision-makers across 70+ countries.
• Kompass Booster A digital marketing solution that enhances online visibility and generates qualified global business enquiries.
Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
Understanding customer business requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.
Building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
12 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
• B2B Database Sales
• Media & Advertising
• Digital Marketing
• SaaS
• B2B Portals
• IT Services
• Business Information Solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in enterprise sales.
CRM knowledge and digital sales experience will be an added advantage.
Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati preferred.
