Job Description
Key Responsibilities -
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities with ship owners, ship managers, and maritime companies worldwide.
Promote the company’s ship stores, provisions, spare parts, and marine services.
Expand the company’s presence in new international markets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct in-person meetings with clients, vessel managers, and procurement teams.
Regularly visit key clients to strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business.
International Travel & Market Expansion
Travel to different countries and major maritime hubs to meet clients and explore new opportunities.
Represent the company at international maritime exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Monitor global shipping market trends and competitor activities.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Reporting & Performance
Maintain regular reports on client visits, leads generated, and business development activities.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.
Provide market insights and recommendations to improve business strategy
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Maritime Studies.
Good Personality with attractive & engaging presence.
3–7 years of experience in ship supply, maritime services, or marine industry marketing.
Strong understanding of ship chandling, marine logistics, and maritime operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally frequently.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
