β’ Proven experience in selling HRMS, HR Tech, SaaS, or related software solutions.
β’ Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
β’ Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify and generate new business opportunities.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
β’ Understand client requirements and propose suitable HRMS solutions.
β’ Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
β’ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
β’ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
