Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Sales) based in Noida. In this role, you will prospect and generate new business opportunities, identify and engage potential clients, and develop strategic partnerships. You will handle lead generation activities, nurture client relationships, manage accounts, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will actively participate in creating and executing business strategies to expand Globelance’s client base.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing solutions and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the consulting or freelancing domain is a plus
