Job Description
Concept Monk is a growing Creative & Digital Marketing Agency looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, networking and other channels.
• Identify and connect with business owners, founders and marketing decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
• Prepare proposals, conduct meetings, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Generate recurring monthly retainer clients.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Explore partnership and referral opportunities.
Required Skills:
• 1.5–3 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Agency, Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT or Web industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and creative services.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Experience in selling services to businesses will be an advantage.
Important: We are looking for someone who can generate, qualify and convert leads, not just make cold calls.
