We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional with prior experience in selling digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and connect with business owners, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations (online and offline).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized digital marketing packages.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling.
• Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Mandatory Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Proven experience selling services such as:
• SEO
• Google Ads (PPC)
• Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Design & Development
• Branding
• Performance Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
• Existing network of business owners or corporate clients is a plus.
• Experience selling high-value marketing retainers.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead-generation tools.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
