Business Development Executive (BDE)

oriented Business Development Executives / Academic Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students and helping them choose the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding online and distance education programs.
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
Convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth enrolment.
Stay updated on university offerings, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and counselling sessions as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
