About the Role:
The candidate for this dynamic opportunity will launch a new BPO service and will spearhead strategic expansion into the UK and European market.
Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new markets and will focus on increasing market share within the offshoring call centre industry.
• In addition to acquiring new clients and nurturing client relationships, the individual will be responsible for building a resilient sales pipeline for sustained success.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in the telecom business
• Strong new business skills with a track record of success
• Proven experience selling BPO/Contact Centre Solutions and offshoring services
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-starter, proactive thinker, and adaptive team player
