Job Description
• Immediate Joiners only.
• Preference will be given to candidates from South-west (Dwarka, West Delhi) Delhi over Haryana or Uttar Pradesh (due to commuting time).
Also this will be a full-time job at our Dwarka, New Delhi office (Work from Office)
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Manager to drive network growth, revenue generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in Digital Marketing and preferably an Affiliate Marketing background.
Job Responsibilities
• Generate and onboard new Domestic and International clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and requirement gathering.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client support.
• Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
• Follow up on validations, invoices, and payments.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years to 4 years of experience in related / similar role.
• Excellent command on Spoken & Written English
• Able to work independently as well as liaise with team(s)
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Learning Attitude
Good to Have
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing Networks.
• Understanding of Performance Marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI, CPC, CPM).
• Knowledge of Lead Generation and Client Acquisition strategies.
