Job description
Job Title: Business Development Associate / Academic Counsellor
Company: BrightCHAMPS
Location: Work From Home
Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Experience: 0–1 year in Core Sales

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. If you're passionate about education, sales, and helping students achieve their goals, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel parents and students about BrightCHAMPS' learning programs.
• Conduct virtual consultations and recommend suitable courses based on student needs.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
• Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update the CRM.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for working from home.

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
