We are looking for a Business Development Associate based in Delhi with expertise in footwear sales or the footwear sole industry. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in Agra and surrounding areas Identify potential customers, factory houses, local traders, retailers and understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our footwear products, including materials, styles, and features, to effectively educate and assist customers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to drive revenue growth for the company.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and market positioning.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Resourcefulness: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and explore innovative approaches to market our products.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in footwear sales or the footwear sole industry. Background in Footwear & Sports sales or marketing is highly desirable.
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
