Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development professional. As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required
Roles And Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Generate leads, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote company products and services
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management
