Job Requirements
• We are seeking an experienced Business Applications Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing system administration, technical guidance, and support services within the bank's commercial lending platform.
• This position requires working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to develop, implement, and maintain solutions that ensure efficient and effective processes with minimal customer disruption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• A deep understanding of commercial lending systems and financial services, including CRE, C&I, Construction lending, and basic knowledge of SBA and consumer lending.
• Lending policies, workflows, and technologies.
• Data mining and statistical analysis.
• Proven capacity to understand complex business and technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
