Job Purpose

Candidate would be responsible for Data Management, Analytics, MIS & Reports of investment and wealth management products for the bank across channels

Overall Job Description -

Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities

1. Data Management, Analytics, MIS & Reports across all investment products

2. Ensure robustness, accuracy & sustainability of reports

3. Lead Management & Analytics

Core responsibilities
• Assemble large, sophisticated data sets that meet functional & nonfunctional business requirements
• Internal & external data driven insights for business
• Identify, design & implement reports & dashboards
• Automating manual reports & optimizing data delivery for scalability
• Build data tools to assist in business decision making
• Work closely with Operations, Analytics & Channel teams
• Managing Business Enablers – initiatives, new products or campaign management data highlights
• Handling the stakeholders & multiple channel requirements simultaneously, addressing channel query and providing resolution within specified TATs
• Identify & extract potential leads, prospecting & conversions
• Data mining & segmentation
• Streamline MISs and make it friction free for RMs

Technical Experience
• Good understanding of banking financial & Investment knowledge & terminologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power point, systems

Non-technical Experience
• Team player & problem solver
• Good interpersonal, collaboration and written & oral communication skills
• Ability to understand internal channels requirement

Educational/Professional Qualification - Post Graduate

Work Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Requirements - Strong domain knowledge with understanding of products with data orientation, collaborative and team management skills. Must have experience with a bank in investment domain.
