In this Agile Busiess Analyst role in India for workflow technology team, individual will work with internal stakeholders like business operations SMEs, technical PODs, IT Teams to deliver business process management (BPM)/ workflow solutions to business operations in Securities Services with best practices and align with organization standard & goals.
• Responsible for the business analyst activities as part of the DevOps/Agile methodology delivering to all business needs and at the same time adhere to modernized products/ technologies such as API
• Work cross-functionally with process owners and business SMEs to elicit requirements, analyze, design and develop business solutions with large complex business requirements.
• To lead and deliver BPM/ AWD projects which are efficient, highly effective, of high-quality, and client-centric and accountable for ensuring the products and solutions meeting operation needs.
