The ideal candidate with 2-6 years of experience would be responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. Responsibilities
• Lead generation and Convert the lead to our projects/business –interacting with clients for project allotment and clearly understanding their requirements.
• Should be able to identify new customer segments and build a relationship with prospects.
• Should be able to generate prospects by cold calling, mass mailing, or with the help of other social media platforms or software tools.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and pitch services as well as physical meetings with prospects.
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD FRD, and SRS preparation. Good understanding of the product and requirements of the client.
• Handle all online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, apply for the bid, communicate with the client, and close the deal.
• Making wireframes using the latest wireframing tools and building a clickable prototype.
• Experience in an agile/scrum software development environment is a plus.
• Generate business, generate leads, identify business challenges and key market trends, and explore opportunities.
• Possesses knowledge of Wire-framing tools like Balsamiq, Visio, mockups, etc.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand and maintain existing business.
• Lead Sprint Planning and answer questions from the development team to ensure they are able to understand and fulfill the needs of the user stories
• Assist in the troubleshooting of production-related customer issues, as needed
• Review, and assist with the generation of, product documentation, release notes, and customer education deliverables
• Manage changes to requirements or scope creep through effective change management processes
• Assist with answering questions from the internal software implementation, training, and support teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
