Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage all the aspects of the sales process including lead generation, lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing new business and account care.
• Source potential customer through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities Tele calling.
• Maintain your lead and sales score on CRM on regular basis.
• Ensure proper follow-up through for closure by right documentation sales process implementation.
• Ensure the leads provided by the company are met up through rigorous follow up.
• Gather and analyze customer data and user requirements, understand and interpret user needs and goals into solutions
• Coordinate with the business team to collect, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Expertise in understanding, specifying, communicating and documenting IT related business/customer’s requirements and creating specifications
• Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Strong data analysis, modeling and prototyping skills
• Quick Learning, Problem-solving, Analytical and Research Skills
• Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player
