Location: Ahmedabad is the preferred location but not a constraint.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical objectives, partner with them to maximize their value from our products
Apply domain/technical knowledge of QMetry products, best practices, and customer insights to proactively support customer’s success plan
Partner with account management, engineering and support teams with the objective to strengthen and grow customer relationships
Engage regularly and develop deep relationships with customer stakeholders including business and technical teams.
Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights.
Requirements:
BE/B-Tech, MBA from reputed institutes
2-3 years IT industry experience preferred
Knowledge of the QA processes and exposure to testing products is preferred
Strong communication skills is a must
