Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client discovery calls to understand business goals, website requirements, features, and project expectations, and convert them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Act as the primary post-sales point of contact by providing project updates, managing client concerns, handling scope changes, and maintaining clear communication.
• Apply knowledge of WordPress, plugins, hosting, domains, page builders, and UI/UX principles to support requirement discussions and project execution.
• Plan project milestones and timelines, track daily progress, and ensure timely follow-ups and delivery.
• Coordinate with development teams, identify risks and blockers, escalate delivery issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Convert ambiguous client requirements into structured execution plans and handle technical queries professionally.
• Perform basic quality assurance before client handover by verifying responsiveness, UI consistency, functionality, and adherence to the agreed project scope.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards while following SOPs, checklists, and documentation processes.Maintain strong ownership, attention to detail, reliability, empathy, and effective collaboration while balancing client expectations with development team capacity.
