Responsibilities Independently draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents as may be required. Handle large volumes of documents on a daily basis and be able to respond without delays. Play active role in association with customers to constantly bring about improvements in the process. Work with law firms and corporates across jurisdictions and time-zones. Desired Candidate Profile Relevant experience in Contract drafting and review. Experience in Aviation industry would be preferred. Should be able to work under pressure with a quick turn-around and be able to handle large volumes of documents. Should be able to work independently with the least supervision and maintain co-ordination with business groups to obtain required information. Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduated in LL.B./B.A. LL.B
