Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma Process Management) - + to 15 Yrs – Pune/Bangalore

About this Team:
The Lean Team is a specialized team under the CTO Organization. It is a global function dealing with global stakeholders across a wide range of FIS businesses, operations & product engineering teams. The team consists of Business Analysts who are uniquely positioned to work with the Technology Organizations and Line of Business (viz. Banking, Capital Markets & Corporate Systems) and Organizational Functional Teams (viz. Sales, Finance, Procurement, People Office, etc.) in identifying and qualifying opportunities for Process Improvement, Process Optimization, Business Process Reengineering and Automation.
What you will be doing:
• He/She is expected to deliver end to end process optimization and automation solutions to the FIS teams and their clients.
• He/She will contribute in carrying out discovery, process assessments, opportunity qualification, automation intake, solution designing, solution implementation, platform support and capability development activities.
• The ideal candidate will have a good mix of exposure and skills in financial business processes, technology, digital transformation, IT and business process.
• Works on complex tasks, projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk, impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals’ high level of knowledge within one or more areas of business systems analysis.
• The selected candidate will contribute to build FIS’s vision, roadmap in to Future Forward initiatives and is expected to be a thought leader and subject matter expert in the chosen products, applications, tools and methodologies.
What you bring:
• + to 15yrs of Expert level knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering using Lean Six Sigma methods
• Specialized in analyzing large datasets related to Business, Technology, Application & Production Support, Infrastructure & Cloud Environments
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis and BI tools like Minitab, Excel Query, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
• Ability to work with structured & unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis using Python & R Programming libraries
• Specialized in one or more automation systems like Microsoft Power Apps, ServiceNow, Celonis, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Experience in processes that involve Client Implementations, Back-office Operations, Finance Operations, People Operations, Sales Operations, etc.
