Job Description for Business Analyst
A female Business analyst is required in the Jaipur location with 3-5 years of experience in creating BRDs, FSDs, SOWs, planning, and managing web and mobile application projects and teams using agile methodologies.
Key Skills required:
• Proficiency in building software specification documents and FSDs for websites and mobile application
• Ability to understand project requirements and briefs to build workflows and documentation required to build the solution
• Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practices
• Strong understanding of web applications, websites, mobile applications, and related technology solutions
Key Responsibility Area includes:
• Understanding tasks and creating BRDs
• Creating Functional Specification Documents
• Understanding requirements as communicated by business stakeholders
• Understanding stakeholder briefs clearly and proposing suitable solutions in consultation with the team
• Build the required project documentation, workflows and FSDs, SRS/SOWs in collaboration with the stakeholders for the project
• Maintain the SRS documentation during the project
• Understand and manage change requests
• Develop and actively collaborate with project managers and the team on plans and provide weekly status and tracking reporting on the health of the project.
• Proficient in Data Visualization Tools like Visio, Draw.IO, and Balsamiq.
Responsibilities for IT Business Analyst
• Identify and resolve project issues
• Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution
• Gather data and analyze business and user needs
• Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support the client's business goals
• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of the system
• Define the objectives and scope of the business system
• Work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution
• Conduct post-project evaluation
Qualifications for IT Business Analyst
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• MBA/MCA/BTech in Information Systems is preferred
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis
• Understanding business functional areas
