Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong experience in CRM, Data Modelling, and Data Migration . The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze user needs and business requirements
• Develop strategies to address business and data challenges
• Work with CRM systems and data analytics tools
• Understand data structures, data modelling, and dimensional concepts
• Evaluate data from multiple sources and ensure quality analysis
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
• Define, implement, and monitor business metrics
• Analyze and report complex datasets to support decision-making
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in CRM & Data Analytics
• Expertise in Data Modelling & Data Migration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and interpret complex data sets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
