Bus Coordinator

Job Summary:

The School Bus Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of school transport, ensuring the safety, punctuality, and efficiency of bus services for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor daily bus routes and schedules.

Coordinate with bus drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.

Maintain updated records of students using bus services.

Handle parent queries and concerns related to transport.

Ensure safety protocols are followed in all buses.

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and report issues.

Prepare monthly reports on transport activities.

Support in emergency situations or route change

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of transport/logistics

Ability to handle emergencies and resolve complaints

Familiarity with GPS tracking systems (preferred)

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Prior experience in transport coordination or school operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
