About The Opportunity
We are embarking on a 5-year strategy focused on enhancing our operations, driving sustainable growth, and building our capabilities.
This Compounder/Blender position plays a crucial role in our success, as you will be responsible for mixing and blending bulk products in accordance with our production schedule and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and/or blend product components according to client specifications.
Sourcing ingredients where necessary.
Preparing line filling tanks based on production schedules.
Ensuring seamless changeovers by having secondary tanks ready for long fill runs.
You will conduct quality control checks and sampling to ensure compliance with established standards.
