Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales closure process.
Coordinate with the client servicing and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation.
Candidates from PR agencies, advertising agencies, media agencies, digital marketing agencies, or corporate communications firms will be preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident in interacting with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for business networking.
Preferred Experience:-
Experience in handling corporate clients, brands, or marketing communication projects.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Familiarity with the PR, media, marketing, or integrated communications industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹11,590.53 - ₹50,000.00 per month
