We have also started accounting and Bookkeeping work for our existing clients and now we are looking for a candidate who can be part of our Growing India Team.

Here is the skill set required for the candidate we are looking for.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Buildium software for US accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & work with US clients.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge of Excel
Executing monthly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients in compliance with GAAP and company practices
Ensuring that assigned clients' work is completed timely and to company quality standards
Review and categorize transactions
Record and attach support documents to entries
Enter vendor bills and create client invoices (A/P, A/R)
Keep up with monthly reconciliations for Bank Accounts, PayPal, Credit Cards, or other accounts
Run reports as needed
