Job Description
Our client in Media is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic!
This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position!
Position Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr
Includes excellent medical, dental, vision benefits, vacation time, and 401(K).
Responsibilities
• Daily repairs and maintenance in plumbing and electrical
• General building repairs, including heating and cooling
Requirements
• Positive attitude and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and use a 30' ladder
• Valid driver's license required
• Mandatory drug testing
