Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook/Barista to join our vibrant bubble tea store team. As a Cook/Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of delicious bubble tea beverages and snacks. You will also be involved in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

·Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

·Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and be able to stand on feet for entire shift

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks requiring the use of hands, fingers, and eyes

·Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

·Candidates must have their own reliable transportation

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a diverse range of bubble tea beverages according to customer orders and standard recipes. This includes brewing tea, mixing ingredients, adding toppings, and adjusting sweetness levels as per customer preferences.

Snack Preparation: Prepare and cook a selection of snacks, such as spring rolls, dumplings, and pastries, to accompany the bubble tea offerings.

Ingredient Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Alert the store manager when supplies need to be replenished.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various kitchen equipment, including blenders, tea brewing machines, and cooking appliances, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service, taking and processing orders accurately, addressing customer inquiries, and making appropriate recommendations.

Cashier Duties: Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces. Participate in routine cleaning tasks and help with restocking supplies.
