Operations & Production Executive – BTL Activities
Department:
BTL / Events & Activations
Location:
Lado Sarai, Delhi
Salary Range:
₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Days:
6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Reporting To:
BTL Head / Project Manager / Director - Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and experienced Operations & Production Executive for managing on-ground production and seamless execution of BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. This profile demands a stronghold on event production, vendor handling, and on-site operations to ensure high-quality delivery for brand activations, mall events, society promotions, and roadshows.
Key Responsibilities:
BTL Execution & Coordination
Manage planning and real-time execution of BTL activities end-to-end.
Ensure smooth coordination across fabrication, branding, logistics, and manpower.
Conduct site recce, layout planning, and client briefings.
Vendor & Production Management
Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, AV, logistics, and branding materials.
Negotiate rates, manage vendor timelines, and supervise quality control.
Track inventory, production materials, and branding assets.
Team & On-Ground Staff Handling
Supervise promoters, setup staff, and crew during activations.
Ensure team discipline, on-time reporting, and performance tracking.
Logistics & Reporting
Maintain all operational checklists, event logs, and activity reports.
Capture event photos, footfall, lead count, and feedback.
Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, or Marketing preferred)
2–5 years of experience in BTL activations or event production
Strong network of vendors and local production knowledge in Delhi/NCR
Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with travel and long/odd working hours as per event needs

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
