Job Title: BTL Sales Manager/ corporate sales manager
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Day Shift (10 am to 7 pm),
Thursday Week off
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Healthcare Sales
Qualification: MBA
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and maintain corporate tie-ups for conducting health camps.
✅ Plan and execute a monthly corporate camp calendar.
✅ Manage and monitor the performance of camp teams (Doctors & PCEs).
✅ Drive health card sales strategy and ensure achievement of targets.
✅ Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and smooth operations.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team for effective BTL activities.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
???? Number of corporate partnerships secured per month.
???? Number of camps successfully executed per month (Target: 20 camps).
???? Patient footfall generated from corporate camps.
???? Health card sales achieved through corporate engagements.
???? Efficiency in resource utilization and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in any field with min 2+ years of experience in sales (Healthcare background)
