Job Responsibilities:
You will Drive Sales AOP targets for the channel by effective Lead & Data management
You will Manage lead journey till conversions by being the bridge between the branches and pre sales team at CC
You will Manage lead churning and re-marketing to improve campaign conversions
Your role would include - Arranging appropriate trainings and re-trainings for the pre sales team.
You will Conduct timely Call Audit & Call quality analysis
You will Manage lead churning and re-marketing to improve campaign conversions
You will be an anchor for us by - - Manage Cost of Acquisition for the channel by improving caller productivity
You will Create CC MIS’s & Analysis from the data pulled from the dialler or lead management software and use it to formulate strategy to improve the sanction number
