Cronulla Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced Breakfast cook with basic cookery skills to join our team on a casual basis 35 hours per week.
2 years experience required:
General knowledge of cooking, oven and grilling, meat, such as chicken, lamb, pork
Baking muffins & cakes, making protein balls
you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen,
ordering stock, accepting deliveries & stock rotation.
fluent english written and spoken
some front of house duties such as making fresh juices, smoothies and toasting sandwiches and wraps
some washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, preparing ingredients like chopping fruit & vegetables, assembling sandwiches and breakfast items
Set up & Pack down of cafe required, you must be able to lift umbrellas, tables and chairs approx 15kgs in weight
This is a tax job we require full working rights, you must have as tax file number and superannuation. no cash payments.
