**Breakfast Attendants-Brand New Holiday Inn Express**

The Holiday Inn Express Suites in Ruskin Florida, a new "Formula Blue" Boutique Express prototype from IHG Hotels is seeking a part time breakfast attendant to join our dynamic team! The daily shift begins at 5:30AM and goes until 11AM at the latest. We are looking for someone for 3-4 shifts a week, weekends included. Please do not apply if you are not a morning person.

Breakfast Attendants: Solely responsible for the daily preparation presentation of all food items served to guests. Responsible for up keep breakdown of the daily Cold/Hot breakfast bar items, coffee area for all guests in the hotel.

Duties Include:

Cooking refilling the breakfast items/other supplies, along with making coffee
Cleaning of the Breakfast area/Kitchen, emptying the trash receptacles, during after breakfast
Must have good communication skills be able initiate/engage in conversation with guests
Must be organized with good attention to detail
Must be able to visually inspect area, compare observations to standards correct deficiencies
