Roles and Responsibilities:
• Architect end-to-end Braze solutions integrated with telecom systems such as CRM platforms and billing systems for targeted campaigns and real-time customer analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and IT teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop prototypes, troubleshoot campaign performance issues, and optimize Braze configurations across SMS, push notification, and email channels.
• Act as the Braze Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance on best practices, QA testing, audience segmentation, automation workflows, and advanced campaign configurations.
• Integrate Braze with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as mParticle and Segment, along with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to unify customer data and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and implement scalable personalization and engagement strategies using customer data and behavioral insights.
• Mentor technical teams, establish documentation standards, and ensure adherence to governance, security, and telecom compliance requirements.
• Support integration and orchestration of enterprise Martech ecosystems including APIs, ETL pipelines, and real-time data exchange frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussions to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills Required:
Must-Have:
• Lead the design and delivery of Braze-powered customer engagement solutions for telecom clients, focusing on multi-channel campaigns including SMS, push notifications, and email communications.
• Strong experience in integrating Braze with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, CDPs, billing systems, and analytics platforms to enable personalized and scalable customer engagement workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in Martech with strong expertise in Optimizely CMS (Versions 11/12) and telecom or digital marketing domain experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM integrations such as SAP and Salesforce, along with strong knowledge of APIs, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of telecom compliance standards, enterprise integration patterns, ETL processes, and data virtualization concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Optimizely Content Cloud Certified Developer certification or certifications in related platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven optimization tools and telecom use cases such as IoT solutions, customer churn prevention, and predictive engagement analytics.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
