Work Setup and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturdays are WFH

Timing: 11 AM to 8:00 PM

Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can build brands, not just create content.

As a Brand Strategist at Adsparkx, you'll be responsible for understanding our audience, identifying market opportunities, crafting compelling brand narratives, and planning campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with leadership, creative teams, media buyers, HR, and product teams to ensure every marketing initiative is rooted in strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, storytelling, campaign planning, AI-powered ideation, and turning business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

What You'll DoBrand Strategy & Positioning
• Define and refine the positioning of Adsparkx and its products across different audiences.
• Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels.

Research & Market Intelligence
• Conduct competitor, audience, and industry research to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, content patterns, and emerging platforms.
• Translate research into actionable marketing strategies.

Content & Campaign Strategy
• Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create campaign concepts for employer branding, product marketing, events, and thought leadership.
• Define content pillars, messaging, distribution plans, and success metrics.

Employer Branding
• Build strategies that attract top talent through compelling employer branding.
• Plan content that showcases our culture, people, work, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR to strengthen our hiring brand.

Event & Marketing Initiatives
• Plan branding and communication strategies for conferences, partnerships, and product launches.
• Develop visitor engagement plans, marketing collateral direction, and post-event follow-up strategies.
• Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.

AI-Powered Marketing
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, and similar platforms to accelerate research, ideation, and campaign development.
• Write effective prompts for generating content, visuals, videos, and creative concepts.
• Evaluate AI outputs and refine them to align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Prepare strategic creative briefs for designers, copywriters, editors, and video teams.
• Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Present ideas, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Marketing, or Employer Branding.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital marketing.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to convert business goals into structured marketing plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and content creation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills
• Experience in performance marketing or B2B SaaS.
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
• Experience planning conference or event marketing.
• Basic understanding of design principles and creative direction.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or Meta Insights.
