We’re hiring a Brand Strategist
Remote | Full-time | 1–3 years experience
Inara Digital is a strategy-first creative agency working across D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and emerging brands. We focus on building brands that are clear in thought and strong in execution.
We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who understands how content actually works on social media and can shape a brand’s voice with clarity, consistency, and intent.
This role is responsible for planning content direction across brands on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be thinking about what the brand should say, how it should say it, and how it should show up across formats like reels, stories, and posts.
Your work will involve building content calendars, writing or guiding copy, scripting videos and voiceovers, aligning trends with brand narratives, and ensuring storytelling is strong and platform-relevant. You should have a clear sense of what works on social and why.
You’ll also be responsible for making sure the brand book is actually being used and reflected in everything that goes out. That includes tone of voice, messaging, and overall consistency across content.
You will report to the Creative Director and work closely with the account manager and shoot coordinator. You’ll be expected to assign work to designers and editors, give clear briefs, and share strong references so the output matches the idea. Being valuable at finding and communicating references is important in this role.
Before anything goes live, you’ll review content and give clear, actionable feedback. You are responsible for making sure the final output feels on-brand, sharp, and intentional.
This is not an execution-heavy role. You won’t be handling posting or client communication. Your focus is on thinking, structuring, and refining what the brand puts out.
We’re looking for someone with strong storytelling instincts, good copy sense, and the ability to connect ideas to execution. You should be comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting tone based on category and audience.
