Join the Brand Strategy Team at Be Marketable – Lombard, IL
At Be, we specialize in face-to-face marketing and brand strategy for nationally recognized clients. We’re growing quickly in the Lombard market and looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Brand Representative to help us build customer loyalty, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and sales execution in a retail-based environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Execute in-person brand marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and sales
• Support the development and rollout of local promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and report customer insights to improve outreach
• Help coordinate brand events, activations, and in-store promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across channels
• Monitor competitor trends and provide insights for positioning
• Provide support in campaign tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or pursuing)
• Entry-level experience in branding, marketing, or retail sales is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and on a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and brand storytelling
