You will manage end-to-end brand collaborations, build relationships with top agencies, and professionally represent Kanhaiya Raj Pandey, a rising content creator with a massive, engaged youth audience across platforms.

We run a rapidly growing Instagram account and other platforms, and Kanhaiya Raj is a dynamic young talent redefining the digital entertainment space with his unique blend of comedy, storytelling, and emotional connection. Hailing from a small village in Bihar, India, Kanhaiya Raj was passionate about acting and making people laugh since early childhood. At just 7 years old, he stepped into the digital world, driven by his love for performance and creativity. Now, at the age of 13, he holds a rare 6 years of experience in content creation — a journey powered by consistency, passion, and purpose, making it a prime advertising opportunity for brands looking to tap into this market. We are now looking for a dynamic Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to help us connect with the right brands and secure lucrative advertising deals.

Payment & Commission
• The Brand Partnerships Manager will receive 15% commission on every successful paid brand collaboration.
• For barter collaborations, the Manager will receive 15% of the product/service value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage brand collaborations, including communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
• Handle business emails and DMs related to brand partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage influencer marketing platforms/agencies.
• Actively apply for campaigns and reach out to brands/agencies on influencer marketing platforms.
• Manage Content Creator's Media Kit.
• Represent the Content Creator professionally on LinkedIn and other platforms for brand opportunities.
• Use LinkedIn to identify and reach out to relevant contacts for brand deals and sponsorships.
• Track the status of collaboration deals and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Maintain a record of payments and deliverables for brand deals.
• Ensure timely follow-up with brands/agencies for campaign briefs and payments.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in Brand Partnerships / Sponsorship Sales (preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media sales).
• Strong negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
• Understanding about monetization, audience analytics, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to create compelling sponsorship presentations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Important:
After joining Kanhaiya Raj Pandey’s Brand Partnerships Manager role, you will be trained, guided, and developed to handle brand deals professionally in the comedy & entertainment niche.
Please note that upon leaving this role, you will not be allowed to work in the same role with any other creator from the comedy & entertainment niche for a period of 6 months.
This is because you will gain exclusive knowledge, systems, and internal strategies which are not meant to be shared or used outside this partnership.
This condition will be applicable only if you are selected and officially join as the Brand Partnerships Manager.
