POSITION TITLE Brand Marketing Director
Start: August 2026 End: Ongoing, minimum 12 months
2-3 hours, may increase to 4-5 during certain times of year
ORGANIZATION:
Based in Toronto, Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity, 100% volunteer-led that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.
Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting.
Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. Endeavour’s partnerships with leading corporations in Canada offer pro bono and skills-based volunteering opportunities that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, talent retention and corporate responsibility goals.

ROLE
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Director to help our Marketing team develop and maintain Endeavour's brand identity and ensure consistency across all organizational digital communications. You will be responsible for working directly with Marketing leadership to establish brand guidelines, oversee brand implementation, and provide strategic direction to ensure all content aligns with Endeavour's mission and visual identity.
The Brand Marketing Director will help propel Endeavour to new heights of recognition and impact, ensuring our brand resonates with volunteers, non-profit partners, and corporate stakeholders alike. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that touch various Endeavour functional teams including, but not limited to Strategic Initiatives, Partnerships, Talent Acquisitions, Alumni Relations and Consulting.
Responsibilities include:
• Take full ownership of Quarterly Endeavour Newsletter creation, documentation and distribution.
• Work with the Director of Marketing & the VP of Marketing with an upcoming website redevelopment project.
• Ensure all organizational projects and communications follow brand guidelines across digital platforms (Social, Email, Website).
• Responding to the requests from the Endeavour cross functional teams to update website content (i.e.,Blogs, V-logs, Organizational news, Team members’ biographies, Job postings, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Development of new webpages and content as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of design principles and ability to provide constructive creative feedback
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media brand presence
Preferred:
• Experience developing or refreshing brand guidelines
• Familiarity with graphic design software (i.e. Canva, Adobe)
• Experience working with non-profit organizations
• Portfolio demonstrating previous brand management work would be a plus
