JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Brand Manager Adult NutritionJob Profile: Brand / Product ManagerJob Family: MarketingJob Sub-Family: Product ManagementDivision: ANI International NutritionJOB SUMMARYDrive digital and consumer marketing for Adult Nutrition brands, through effectively co-creating and executing marketing plans with special focus on leveraging digital medium to build brand equity.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCo-create and execute strong digital marketing programs to drive engagement with the target audience – consumers. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.Execute impactful brand communication materials and manage creative, digital and production agencies to deliver the materials in a cost impactful manner.Liaise with digital and CRM agencies to create and execute robust consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition and retention by continuously optimising CPL and CPA Co-create and execute strong bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate conversion New user acquisition on E-commerce and CRMManage AP spend budgets and related provisionsSupport and drive sales – work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner.Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC SOPs are followed.Minimum EducationPost GraduateEducation LevelMajor/Field of StudyMBAMarketingMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCEExperienceExperience Details5+ YearsProven track record of brand management in FMCG/healthcare companiesSuccessful record of digital marketing experienceShould be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skillsProven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
